Cacoa Cooking Class

Lisa Auclair will teach us to make delicious cacoa desserts in time for Valentine’s Day.   We hope Sunday afternoon will appeal to those unable to attend a weekday class. Join us for a demonstration and tasting of chocolate turtles,  chocolate sauce with mint chocolate chip ice cream (dairy free), and more!  In honor of Valentine’s Day – sign up two for $40 or one for $25.  Save the Date for: Indian Dinner (with Buk Jackson) on 3/2, and Easter Foods from Israel (with Alex Persons) date tbd.
