A New Norfolk Hymn
Our church’s covenant, officially establishing our church on Christmas Eve 1760, was the inspiration for this brand new hymn text. Perhaps in keeping with our forefathers, this text was written while Erick, the author of the text, was travelling by train. In stark contrast to earlier days, however, it was transmitted to the composer via cell phone text. May it speak to the awesome passing of two hundred and fifty years and into our hearts for our continuing journey.
