ANNUAL MEETING
NEXT SUNDAY - 11:30AM
Annual Meeting will be held on 6/26. Committee chairs are asked to please submit their reports to the office by this Wednesday 6/22. Below is the agenda:
1. Vote on the slate of committee members presented
2. Vote on the revised bylaws
3. Vote on making the alcohol use policy permanent
4. Discussion of Cell Transmitter proposal from Message Center Management
5. Any other business that may come up.

Cell Tower in the Steeple?The church has been approached Message Center Management (MCM) offering us an annual revenue stream in return for leasing space in our steeple for a cell phone carrier to construct a transmitter. As part of our 6/26 Annual Meeting, MCM will make a presentation and answer questions such as: How much will cell service in town be improved? Will this change the appearance of our steeple? How much money might this project yield? Are cell towers safe? Does MCM have experience with historic buildings? At the end of the presentation, we will vote on whether to permit MCM to draw up formal engineering plans. Once we have these plans, a second meeting will be held for a final vote. Questions before the meeting? Ask a trustee (Kate Persons, Jim Coons, Tim Deasy, Felix Graham-Jones, Teri Padua, Mike Schopp, or Elizabeth Vergo)
