Erick Olsen was called as pastor of Church of Christ Congregational effective mid-August 2003.  He came to Norfolk after serving as associate pastor of  First Church Congregational in Fairfield for five years.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1991, and then worked for four years for a weekly Christian newspaper as reporter/photographer.  He enrolled in the Masters of Divinity program at Yale Divinity School, graduating in 1998.  He and his wife Tina and their three children live in Norfolk.
